Prepare the Ingredients
Grate the paneer and set aside. Chop the tomatoes, onion, and green chili finely. Also, chop the coriander leaves for garnishing.

Add Spices
Mix in the ginger-garlic paste, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant.

Add Tomatoes
Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and mushy, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Paneer
Now, add the grated paneer to the pan and mix gently. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.

Finish with Garam Masala
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another minute or so. Turn off the heat.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish the paneer bhurji with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with bread or paratha.
