Method

Paneer 65 Fritters Preparation

    Prepare the Paneer

    Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.

    Make the Batter

    In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well. Add yogurt to make a thick batter.

    Coat the Paneer

    Add the paneer cubes to the batter and gently coat them evenly.

    Heat the Oil

    In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot.

    Fry the Paneer

    Carefully drop the coated paneer cubes into the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Chili Sauce Preparation

    Sauté the Vegetables

    In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until translucent.

    Add Remaining Ingredients

    Add chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, green chilies, minced garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

    Finish with Spring Onions

    Add chopped spring onions, mix well, and remove from heat.

Manchurian Sauce Preparation

    Mix the Sauce Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water. Mix until smooth.

    Cook the Sauce

    In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook on medium heat until it thickens, about 3-5 minutes.

    Finish with Spring Onions

    Add chopped spring onions and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
