Prepare the Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, grated paneer, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, finely chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and salt. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and holds together.
- 3
Form Kofta Balls
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls, about the size of a golf ball. Ensure there are no cracks.
- 4
Fry the Koftas
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the kofta balls and fry until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
