Making the Pizza Dough

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, mix warm water and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Prepare Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Once the yeast is frothy, add it to the flour along with olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Cook Lamb
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated lamb and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Assembling the Pizza

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll Out Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the tikka sauce evenly over the base.
