Preparing the Pizza Base

Mixing Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry mixture. Stir until it forms a dough.

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Place the kneaded dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

In a saucepan, combine tomato puree, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and chili powder.

Cooking the Sauce
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro. Set aside.
Assembling the Pizza

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
