Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and vegetable oil, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Assemble the Dumplings
Divide the rested dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center, fold the dough over, and pinch the edges to seal. Repeat until all dough and filling are used.

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine yogurt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
Cooking the Dumplings

Steam the Dumplings
Steam the prepared dumplings in a steamer for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Allow them to cool slightly before tossing them in the 65 sauce.

Serve the Dish
Toss the steamed dumplings in the 65 sauce and serve immediately. Alternatively, you can serve them with the Chili/Manchurian sauce for a spicy twist.
