Prepare the Filling

Add Aromatics
Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

Incorporate Spices
Add the ground chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle in the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, roughly 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finish the Filling
Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Assemble the Samosas

Prepare Wonton Wrapper
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the chicken filling in the center.

Fold the Wrapper
Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to create a triangle and press the edges firmly to seal.

Ensure Seal
Make sure the edges are sealed well to prevent leaking during frying. Repeat until all filling is used.
Fry the Samosas

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat 500 ml of oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Samosas
Carefully add a few samosas at a time to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Drain Excess Oil
Once cooked, remove the samosas with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
