Baking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- 2
Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the frothy yeast mixture, milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
- 3
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- 4
Let it Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- 5
Shape and Bake
Punch down the risen dough and shape it into loaves or rolls. Place them in greased pans, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
