Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix with your hands until just combined. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.

  2. 2

    Grill the Burgers

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and add the cheese on top. Grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the cheese is melted.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the burgers are grilling, toast the hearth baked buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the grilled beef patty with melted cheese on top, then add the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the burgers with a side salad or soup, as desired.
