1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the acorn flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add the sugar mixture and continue to beat until light and fluffy.
