Tandoori-spiced Monkfish

    Marinate the Monkfish

    In a bowl, mix the tandoori spice mix, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Add the monkfish fillets and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Cook the Monkfish

    Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Grill or bake the monkfish for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.

Aloo Chat

    Prepare Aloo Chat

    In a large bowl, combine boiled and diced potatoes, cooked chickpeas, red onion, cilantro, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt. Toss gently to mix and set aside.

Lime Pickle Carrots

    Make Lime Pickle Carrots

    In a bowl, mix the julienned carrots with lime pickle and cilantro. Toss to coat and let sit for a few minutes.

Curried Mussel Sauce

    Cook the Mussels

    In a saucepan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add curry powder and stir for a minute. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Add mussels, cover, and cook until mussels open, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
