Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy. Gradually add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Kneading
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shaping
Punch down the dough and shape it into loaves or rolls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the shaped dough and let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Make the Dough
