Prepare the Bacon Jam
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and let cool, then chop into small pieces. In the same skillet, add grape jelly and brown sugar, and stir until combined. Add the chopped bacon back into the mixture and let simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Prepare the Candied Bacon
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with sriracha sauce and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and caramelized. Remove and allow to cool.

Assemble the Burger
Toast the sourdough buns. Spread a layer of peanut butter on the bottom bun. Place the beef patty on top, followed by a generous scoop of the grape jelly bacon jam. Top with the candied bacon slices and finish with the top bun.
