Make the Guacamole
In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocados using a fork or potato masher until smooth but still chunky.

Prepare Wontons
Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of guacamole in the center of each wrapper.

Seal Wontons
Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with a little water. Fold the wrapper over to create a triangle and press the edges to seal tightly.

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Wontons
Carefully add the sealed wontons to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve the guacamole bites warm with your choice of signature dip.
