Make the Cookie Dough
In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and milk, mixing until well combined.

Add Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture and mix until just combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Chill the Dough
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Prepare Wontons
Take the wonton wrappers and place about 1 tablespoon of the chilled cookie dough in the center of each wrapper. Fold the wrapper over to create a triangle shape, sealing the edges with a little water.
