Cooking the Ingredients

1. Prepare the Onions

Slice the onion thinly. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, salt, and black pepper, and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Cook the Meat

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon or British bangers over medium heat until crispy or browned, about 5-7 minutes. If using bangers, ensure they are cooked through.

3. Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the meat, crack the free run eggs and cook to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, etc.), about 3-5 minutes.

4. Assemble the Plate

On a plate, place the caramelized onions, the cooked bacon or bangers, and the eggs. Serve warm.
