Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Infusing the Hops

In a small pot, bring 1 cup of carbonated water to a gentle simmer. Add the hops and let it steep for about 5 minutes. This will extract the flavors from the hops.

  2. 2

    Cooling the Infusion

Remove the pot from heat and let the hop infusion cool down completely. Once cooled, strain the infusion through a fine mesh sieve to remove the hops.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Combining Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the remaining 3 cups of carbonated water, the strained hop infusion, lemon juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir gently to combine.

  2. 4

    Adding Fresh Mint

Tear the fresh mint leaves and add them to the pitcher. Stir again to distribute the mint flavor throughout the mixture.

Serving

  1. 5

    Chilling and Garnishing

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill. When ready to serve, pour the Hoppy Refresher into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with lemon and lime slices if desired.

  2. 6

    Enjoy!

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing non-alcoholic hop water!
