Start by juicing fresh blood oranges to yield about 2 cups of juice. Make sure to strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed blood orange juice and simple syrup. Stir well to ensure the syrup is fully dissolved.

Slowly pour in the Lyre's Classico Brut to the pitcher. Stir gently to mix without losing the bubbles.
