Prepare Cucumber
Start by preparing the flavor infusions. Rinse and slice the cucumber into thin slices.

Prepare Basil
Wash the fresh basil leaves thoroughly and set aside.

Prepare Pomegranate
Remove seeds from the pomegranate and collect the seeds in a bowl.

Juice Lemons
Juice the lemons to get 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.

Prepare Fruits
Measure out the black cherry juice, fresh strawberries, pineapple chunks, grapefruit juice, raspberries, and medium pear. Cut the pear into thin slices.

Prepare Sage
Wash the fresh sage leaves and set aside.

Measure out the ground cinnamon and set aside.
Infusing Vodka

Mix Ingredients
In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the Gray Duck Vodka with the prepared cucumber, basil leaves, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, black cherry juice, strawberries, pineapple chunks, grapefruit juice, raspberries, pear slices, sage leaves, and ground cinnamon.

Stir Mixture
Stir the mixture well to ensure all ingredients are combined evenly.

Infuse Vodka
Cover the pitcher or bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours for a stronger flavor.
Serving

Strain Mixture
Once infused, strain the vodka mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the solids.

Pour the infused vodka into a clean bottle for storage or serve immediately over ice in a glass.
