Prepare the Peaches
Wash and pit the fresh peaches, then chop them into small chunks.

In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.

Juice the Lemons
Roll the lemons on the countertop to release juices. Cut in half and juice them, discarding the seeds.

In a pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
