Make Honey Simple Syrup
Combine equal parts honey and hot water in a small bowl or jar. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved. Allow to cool before using.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Earl Grey Tullamore D.E.W., fresh lemon juice, and honey simple syrup.

Shake with Ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
