Preparing the Ribs

Step 1: Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs to ensure better flavor and tenderness.

Step 2: Apply the Rub
Generously coat the ribs with sweet & spicy rib rub, massaging it into the meat. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Step 3: Slow Cook the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover them tightly with another layer of foil. Cook in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

Step 2: Prepare the Garlic
While the potatoes are cooking, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

Wash and chop the mixed seasonal vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still bright in color. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
