Tzatziki Sauce

Method

Zucchini Chips Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Zucchini

Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Make the Batter

In a bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs.

  3. 3

    Coat the Zucchini

Dip each slice of zucchini first into the egg mixture, then into the batter, making sure it's fully coated.

  4. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  5. 5

    Fry the Zucchini

Fry the battered zucchini slices in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Tzatziki Sauce Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Cucumber

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth.

  2. 7

    Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt. Mix well.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve

Serve the crispy zucchini chips warm with a side of tzatziki sauce for dipping.
