Prepare the Pistachio Sponge Cake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Blend Pistachios
In a food processor, blend the pistachios until finely ground, then mix them with the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually fold the dry mixture into the egg mixture along with vanilla extract until fully combined.
