Lamb Chops

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Lamb Chops

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the lamb chops and coat them well. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.

  2. 2

    Prepare the French Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into thin strips. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  3. 3

    Make the Garlic Rosemary Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Cook the Lamb Chops

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove lamb chops from marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the lamb chops alongside the French fries. Drizzle the garlic rosemary butter over the lamb chops before serving.
