Lamb Burger Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lamb Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped mint, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the lamb mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to help them cook evenly.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a handful of arugula, a lamb patty, a slice of tomato, and a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Prepare the fries according to package instructions or your preferred method. Serve alongside the lamb burgers.
