1. Prepare the Cucumber

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth or paper towel.

2. Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Hummus

4. Blend Ingredients

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.

5. Adjust Consistency

If the hummus is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

6. Serve

Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Spicy Feta Dip

7. Blend Feta and Cream Cheese

In a food processor, combine crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, red chili flakes, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.

8. Process Until Smooth

Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

9. Serve

Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil if desired.
