Method
Prepare the Fillings
Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the ground chicken and taco seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cook the Pork
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the ground pork and taco seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Assemble the Tacos
Warm the Tortillas
In a separate pan, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
Build the Tacos
On each tortilla, layer your choice of filling (beef, chicken, or pork), then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
Serve
Serve the tacos immediately and enjoy your El Taco Trio!
