Pie O' Rye Old Fashioned Recipe

Prepare the Glass

Chill an old-fashioned glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Mix the Cocktail

In a mixing glass, combine the Brown butter Bern's Sazerac 6yr rye, praline liqueur, Nux walnut alpina, maple pecan cordial, and Angostura bitters. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass Again

Discard the ice water from the chilled old-fashioned glass and strain the mixture into the glass over a large ice cube.

Garnish

Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and then place it in the glass as a garnish.
