Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Cook the Pancakes
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.

Add Snickers Toppings
Chop Snickers bars into small pieces. Once the pancakes are cooked, top with chopped Snickers, chocolate syrup, and a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
