Make the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Prepare the Romaine
Chop the romaine hearts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Combine Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the chopped romaine and toss until the leaves are evenly coated.

Add Parmesan
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Make Roasted Garlic Crostini
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch pieces. Brush each piece with melted butter and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve the Caesar salad topped with roasted garlic crostini on the side.
