Prepare the Tea

Boil the Water
In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai black tea leaves. Allow the leaves to steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

After steeping, strain the tea into a large pitcher to remove the tea leaves. Set aside to cool.
