Prepare the Beef Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the Patties
Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties, making them slightly larger than the buns as they will shrink while cooking.

Assemble the Burgers
Toast the burger buns lightly in the skillet. Place each patty on a bun and cover with the top half of the bun.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to make chips.

Bake the Chips
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss the potato strips with olive oil and salt. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Coleslaw Directions

Prepare the Vegetables
Finely shred the green cabbage and carrots.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
