Chicken Wings Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
- 2
- 3
Bread the Chicken Wings
Coat each chicken wing first in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally roll in the bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Bake the Chicken Wings
Drizzle the wings with vegetable oil and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Chips Preparation
- 5
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.
- 6
Fry the Chips
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- 7
Season the Chips
Sprinkle the hot chips with salt while they are still warm.
Coleslaw Preparation
- 8
Prepare the Vegetables
Shred the green cabbage and grate the carrot. Combine them in a large bowl.
- 9
Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- 10
Combine Coleslaw
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Toss well to combine and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
