Chicken Marinade Preparation

Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Cover the tzatziki sauce and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
