Method

Cheeseburger

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

On each burger bun, layer lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and pickles. Add the cooked patty with melted cheese on top. Finish with ketchup and mustard to taste.

Chips

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin wedges or slices.

  2. 6

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  3. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the potato slices to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 8

    Season

Sprinkle salt over the hot chips to taste.

Coleslaw

  1. 9

    Prepare the Vegetables

Finely shred the green cabbage and grate the carrot.

  2. 10

    Mix the Dressing

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. 11

    Combine

Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrot to the dressing. Toss well until the vegetables are coated.

  4. 12

    Chill

Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
