Seafood Stuffed Portabellas Recipe
Grilled portabella mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat, Gulf shrimp, peppers, and spinach. Garnished with lemon aioli and Parmesan cheese.

Cook the Filling
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced bell pepper, and sauté for about 3 minutes until the pepper is soft. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in the crabmeat and Gulf shrimp. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Fill each portabella mushroom cap with the seafood mixture. Top each stuffed mushroom with grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve
Remove the mushrooms from the grill and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with a drizzle of lemon aioli and additional Parmesan cheese on top.
