Seafood Pasta Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Seafood and Mushrooms

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sliced portabella mushrooms and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they soften. Add the shrimp and crawfish, sprinkle with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

Reduce the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked linguini to the skillet with the seafood and Alfredo sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the pasta and top it with lump crabmeat and additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
