Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Infuse the Vodka

To make the wild berry infused vodka, combine 1 cup of mixed wild berries (such as raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries) with 750 ml of vodka in a clean glass jar. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for at least 5 days, shaking occasionally.

  2. 2

Prepare the Sweet & Sour Mix

In a shaker, combine 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of simple syrup, and 1 cup of water. Shake well and strain into a clean bottle. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  3. 3

    Mix the Martini

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of the wild berry infused vodka, 1 oz of Chambord, and 1 oz of the house-made sweet & sour mix. Shake well until chilled.

  4. 4

    Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass.
