Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oysters

Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat. Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a grill-safe tray with the cupped side down.

  2. 2

    Make the Cajun Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Baste the Oysters

Using a brush, generously baste each oyster with the Cajun sauce mixture.

  4. 4

    Grill the Oysters

Place the tray of oysters on the preheated grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, or until the oysters start to curl at the edges.

  5. 5

    Add Parmesan Cheese

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each oyster and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove oysters from the grill, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
