Prepare the Crab Claws
Rinse the snow crab claws under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Season and Sauce
Add Louisiana hot sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir to ensure the claws are well coated in the sauce.

Cook
Sauté the crab claws for about 5-7 minutes until they are heated through and coated in sauce.

Prepare the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the fresh parsley.

Serve
Remove the crab claws from heat and serve immediately with the hot drawn butter on the side.
