Preparation
1. Fried Green Tomatoes
1. Slice the green tomatoes to about 1/2 inch thick. In three separate bowls, place the buttermilk, flour, and cornmeal mixed with salt and pepper. Dip each tomato slice in the flour, then the buttermilk, and finally coat in cornmeal.
2. Fry the Tomatoes
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the coated tomato slices until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. Make the Crab Cakes
3. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, bread crumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid breaking up the crab meat.
4. Form and Cook Crab Cakes
4. Form the mixture into patties. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook the crab cakes until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Prepare Crab Ravigote
5. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

6. On a plate, layer the fried green tomatoes, top with crab cakes, and finish with crab ravigote, diced tomatoes, and additional green onions.
