Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Linguini
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of creole seasoning. Grill over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the creole seasoning and Parmesan cheese until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- 4
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked linguini to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta in the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- 5
Serve
Plate the pasta, top with sliced grilled chicken, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
