Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Stir in the chopped parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to simmer for another 3-5 minutes.

Assemble the Oysters
Using a spoon, drizzle the garlic herb sauce over each oyster in the shell. Then, generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each oyster.

Charbroil the Oysters
Place the oysters on the preheated grill and charbroil for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
