Prepare the Boiling Water

In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add Cajun seasoning and salt to the boiling water.

Cook the Shrimp

Once the water is boiling, add the Argentinian Royal Red shrimp to the pot. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn bright red and are cooked through.

Drain and Chill

Remove the pot from heat and drain the shrimp in a colander. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Prepare the Butter

While the shrimp are cooling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Keep warm.

Serve

Serve the shrimp warm with melted butter and lemon wedges on the side for dipping.
