Cook the Linguini
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Cream and Seasoning
Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the creole seasoning. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Incorporate Parmesan
Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Toss the cooked linguini in the Alfredo sauce until well coated. Serve the linguini topped with the sautéed shrimp and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
