Prepare the Calamari
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the calamari slices in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

Make the Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha sauce. Stir in crushed peanuts and set aside.

Fry the Calamari
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the coated calamari in batches and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve the fried calamari hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
