Preparing the Ribs

Make the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, honey, rice vinegar, and black pepper until well combined.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Cook the Ribs
Place the marinated ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover with foil and bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the ribs to caramelize.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded green papaya, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine and set aside.
