Preparation of Brussels Sprouts

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

    Toss the Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Cooking Bacon and Nuts

    While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    In the same skillet, add the macadamia nuts and toast them for 3-4 minutes until golden, stirring frequently.

Making Vinaigrette and Aioli

    In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, minced ginger, honey, and a pinch of salt to make the vinaigrette.

    In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and chopped sundried tomatoes to create the aioli.
