Preparing Spring Rolls
1. Soak Rice Paper
Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds until soft. Remove and let excess water drip off.
2. Assemble Filling
On the bottom third of the softened rice paper, layer a few pieces of diced Ahi tuna, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, and avocado.
3. Roll Spring Roll
Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Making Dipping Sauce
4. Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
5. Serve
Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the dipping sauce before serving with the spring rolls.
